Story in space
We turn any idea into a visual script and bring it to life in an indoor setting. Drones create shapes, patterns, and dynamic light images that seamlessly integrate with the architecture of the hall or stage
This innovative form of stage art utilizes technology to create a lasting impression. We craft an atmosphere of wonder and engagement directly within the venue — our shows are easily scalable to fit the space, complement the program, and highlight the event’s uniqueness.
Define the goals and concept of the show
Study the venue’s characteristics: ceiling height, presence of obstacles, ventilation and lighting systems, to adapt the show to your conditions
Obtain venue permissions. Agree upon and sign the contract. Allocate roles among project participants and coordinate the schedule for all stages
Agree on music and performance theme. Create a script and storyboard — the sequence of images that tells the performance’s story
Create graphics and program drone flight paths according to the storyboard. Synchronize flight with music. Configure drones
Mark takeoff and landing zones for drones. Conduct a full rehearsal. Make necessary adjustments to drone operations. Check all safety and communication systems
Conduct safety briefings and emergency procedures for participants and staff. Set up emergency stop systems and backup protocols to minimize any risks
Perform final checks on drone status and control systems, ensuring continuous communication between the lead drone pilot, technical staff, and event organizers
Conduct the show according to the event’s script. After completion, collect drones and control systems
We prefer to produce drone shows in collaboration with performers, where drones are an integral part of a pre-designed show. For safety reasons, we do not fly over the audience.
For one letter of drones, a minimum of 10 drones is needed. For other shapes, we base our calculations on the following guidelines:
• 2m x 6m, height 4m — 2D animation, 10 drones
• 3m x 6m, height 6m — 2D animation, 20 drones
• 9m x 9m, height 7m — 3D animation, 50 drones
• 15m x 15m, height 8m — 3D animation, 100 drones
Indoor drones are designed solely for light shows and cannot carry additional payloads.
The cost depends on the number of drones, complexity of the performance, and timing. On average, a show with 50 drones costs approximately 1 million rubles. Additional costs may include customs clearance, crew technical and hospitality riders, and flight permits.
